Such gooooood food! Nourishment that feels indulgent. I got the breakfast bowl today. Have had tamales before both times I’ve been super impressed. Love the space and outside seating. This is a chill, comfortable space appropriate for small parties or singles.

This is the best food in the world. Every ingredient is perfect on its own and the way things are put together into bowls is out of this world. I bring all my out of town visitors here and every single person has been blown away. Sometimes I come multiple times a week because the food is so delicious and I feel so good after eating it. I’m so grateful to have this establishment in the neighborhood - I hope they stay around for a long, long time. Additional bonus is the folks who work there are all super friendly!

I am not a vegetable person, never have been, but I LOVE this place and will eat all of the veggies in my bowl when I go. Kind folks running it, excellent food and flavors, the only downside is limited seating when the weather is not great. A fantastic hidden gem tucked away in a random part of the neighborhood.

I got the deluxe best of both worlds bowl and I am still dreaming of it— I don’t live it the city so I will have to do my best to recreate a version at home! The flavors and textures were everything I wanted from a brunch bowl

Lovely little neighborhood cafe. I am still dreaming of the breakfast bowl. Absolute winner! Super filling and packed with flavors that work perfectly together. The fresh ingredients and colorful presentation made it not just delicious but also Instagram-worthy. Each bite was satisfying, and I definitely plan to come back for more. Bonus points for the generous portion size - it kept me fueled for hours. If you're looking for a breakfast/lunch spot that does food right, this is it!

TLDR: tasty Latin inspired vegetarian food with outdoor seating 4.5 stars We ordered the rice bowl which had great flavors with the nuts and the brown rice is the best brown rice I’ve ever had The Hugo Street was so flavorful with tamale at the bottom but a little bit too much sauce made the bottom parts too salty

Everything you could ask for in a neighborhood eatery. Good vibes, tasty bowls, and friendly staff; not to mention the most perfectly cooked eggs. My go-to is the Hugo St retreat because it comes with most of their fixings, like chili oil and pickled delights Oh, and if you can’t decide between the breakfast cookie and chocolate chip cookie, don’t. Get both
